The fine merino wool is lovely soft and lightweight. Sometimes my son wears just pull-ups under his merino sleepbag and it never irritates his skin. Merino is nothing like the bulky itchy wool sweaters I remember as a kid.

Warm, heavy wt, well made, and will last a LONG time. Unfortunately, my 16mo old has figured out how to unsnap (or jump until it unsnaps) the sleeve and wiggle out of it. Not very useful on the floor. Still love it, but may be modifying it to make it toddler proof. Do wish it was A LOT cheaper though!
